Priasoft Releases Next Generation Migration Solutions for Microsoft Exchange Migrations from 2000, 2003, and 2007
PHOENIX June 15th, 2007-- Priasoft, Inc., leader in Microsoft Exchange migration and management software, announces the latest version of its flagship migration solution for Exchange migration, Mailbox Migration Manager Version 5.0, with support for customers moving from Microsoft Exchange 2000, 2003, or 2007 to Microsoft Exchange 2000, 2003, or 2007. The new product continues the company's tradition of being first to market and delivering award winning, and best of breed Exchange-to-Exchange migration solutions at value prices.
With the release of Mailbox Migration Manager 5.0, customers are now enabled to streamline migrations to Exchange 2007 and provide restructuring and migration capabilities for migrations between Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003, and 2007.

Designed and built by Exchange experts, the Priasoft Mailbox Migration Manager 5.0 includes:
- New Streamlined migration wizard interface - walks you through the migration process, inspects your Active Directory and Exchange environments, and allows you to fully control and construct your migration from a central location.
- New migration console interface - allows you to monitor and manage simultaneous migrations with innovative performance gauges and status reporting. The Migration console also manages simultaneous migration threads that empower you to migrate more in less time.
- New data migration technology architecture - enables parallel processing and routes mailbox content directly between source and target servers, which eliminates any mailbox size constraints, helps to ensure data is migrated efficiently, and greatly shortens the project timeline.
- New Delegate and Send on behalf of Migration technology - allows for the automated migration of end user level MAPI folder delegates (client permissions) and send on behalf of delegates. This innovative technology migrates and restores delegates throughout the migration project lifecycle, even when the mailbox and associated delegates are migrated separately.
- New Migration Reports - allow you to quickly report on mailboxes, target storage group assignments, and source and target windows account matches.
- New Content restrictions – apply email content restrictions to migrating mailboxes to cleanup and restrict the data that is migrated to the new target Exchange environment.
- New Recipient Packages - used to build ready to execute groupings of source and target recipients. This helps by allowing you to plan your migration ahead of time or to delegate migration selections to project team members or lower tear administrators.
- Coexistence support - allows you to maintain complete global address lists on both source and target Exchange environments and ensures that all objects have “migration back links†to allow for efficient and successful mail delivery, eliminating migration related Non delivery reports (NDR's).
- Calendar Migration technology - corrects calendar entries during the migration. This ensures that end users can still manage calendar appointments post migration; this prevents end users from having to recreate all appointments post migration.
- Scripting engine - allows you to customize and extend the migration process with your own custom scripts or executables. This helps to automate migration related actions and integrate the migration process with existing systems.
- New Associated Content migration technology - offers new and improved migration of client rules, out of office actions, RSS feeds, Junk email migration, custom messages classes, and other mailbox specific content.
