Super-ExMerge is installed as combination of a Windows Service and a PowerShell Module on a computer under your control.

Notes
Super-ExMerge uses MAPI to access contents of mailboxes and public folders in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 as well as for access to PST files. MAPI is provided as inherent components of Microsoft Outlook, which is why the dependency for such exists.
Super-ExMerge does NOT use Outlook for its tasks. It only uses the MAPI libraries that are installed by the Outlook installation. As such, Outlook does not need to be licensed or activated on the computer.
