Folder Live View

The Folder Live View provide real-time access to the contents of a selected folder. A limited number of columns is returned for quick inspection, and remediation tasks are available to either move, export, or delete data in the folder.

NOTE: Clicking the “Live View” button will cause a MAPI logon to occur in order to access the folder. It may take several seconds before the logon completes and the items begin to render.

Preview / Start

After selecting options, a preview of the changes can be seen and optionally the start of the change can be executed. The images below show the dialogs that occur after the final page of the previous feature explanations. These are the same for all options.

The Preview dialog will show the new folder names, their new item counts and sizes. As noted in the dialog image, the preview does NOT calculate existing data in the view. It is only showing the size and item counts that will be added to the proposed folder(s).
