The HOME section has the following elements
Start / Welcome
Use this element to view the current “message of the day” and recent notes and information about the Public Folder Analysis Toolbox.
NOTE: This element requires Internet access and renders a non-interactive page from the Priasoft website into the application.
New Report Generator
This element is used to create a new report generator.
Report Generators are a configuration of attributes that determine the folder(s) for which data is collected as well as which specific sets of metadata are collected. The new report generator is provided as a short “wizard” that asks a few questions about how to setup the generator.
Licensing
This element is used to manage licenses for the application.
When the application is newly installed and without a license, only the Licensing and Product Information elements are active for use. The licensing element can be used for the following tasks:
- Create license request
- Install License
- View License
- Export/Import License
Product Information
This element is used to view detail about the current product installation, including report data sizes, product version, and similar.
This information is often requested by Priasoft’s support teams when support is requested.
Recent Report
This element will change the view to the most recently generated report, if any.
