Answer for Failure during dry-run: Unable to determine source mailbox's standard folder language. What does this warning, followed by failure mean?
Additional notes: The migration log, when a mailbox fails due to issues with the standard folder language, attempts to report the specific folder name pattern that caused the failure. Due to the fact that the log file is an HTML file and is rendered as html, some characters are incorrectly rendered – most commonly with characters that have accents or decorators. If you find that the folder name pattern in the log file is suffering from the issue of conversion to html, simply open the *.hta file in notepad or another plain text editor (or right-click and choose view source). You can then search the text for the folder name pattern and copy from there. The underlying text should be properly preserved while viewing in a plain text editor. The folder pattern is also automatically added to the registry in an ‘unknown’ key. It is possible then to capture the folder pattern exactly as it needs to be formatted from the registry, then pasted in a new or pre-existing language value.
